Welcome, Bill Grieve, P.E., PTOE, Senior Transportation Engineer
We are excited to welcome Bill Grieve as our Senior Transportation Engineer! Bill brings over 30 years of specialized experience in transportation analysis, traffic engineering, and transportation planning working with both public and private sector clients. Through his work on numerous projects at the local and regional levels mixed with local community and private development studies, Bill has been a leader in creating a balanced approach to transportation networks that serve transit, pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists while creating a safe and comfortable environment for all users.
Bill's previous experience includes Senior Transportation Engineer at both Kimley-Horn and Gewalt Hamilton Associates where he managed projects ranging from small-scale traffic impact and parking studies to large-scale transportation and corridor studies.
Bill is a registered Professional Engineer in Alberta, Canada and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.
Welcome, Tim Doron Senior Transportation Consultant!
We are excited to welcome Tim Doron as our Senior Transportation Consultant! Tim brings over 30 years of experience in all phases of traffic engineering analyses and transportation planning, yielding creative yet implementable transportation solutions. He will oversee FTG’s traffic projects that require engineering analysis and public testimony and will be responsible for heading up the firm’s traffic analysis and engineering work.
Tim’s experience includes traffic and transportation studies for private developments, institutions, municipalities, and regional facilities. His specific experience includes very detailed site multi-modal traffic impact studies for all size of developments; pedestrian and bicycle studies; transportation master plans; parking demand analyses; traffic management plans; applying traffic simulation models; access studies; transit operations; site location, and due diligence studies. Additionally, Tim specializes in presenting complex traffic engineering analysis to public bodies and audiences in clear and understandable language.
Tim’s previous experience includes Senior Traffic Consultant at Sam Schwartz where he managed private sector traffic studies, along with leadership roles at other firms in the field of traffic engineering and transportation planning. He also served as the Director of Transportation for the Northwest Municipal Conference and as Chairman of the Glenview Plan Commission.
