With 30 years of experience, Cindy specializes in creating mobility plans that are forward-thinking and implementable, providing strategies to enhance the safety and accessibility for pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users, and motor vehicle drivers using a complete streets and safe systems approach. She has a vast portfolio of completed projects balancing mobility solutions for all modes and travelers of all ages and abilities, considering shared mobility uses, best practices, and innovative approaches. Her work is based on a multi-modal assessment of issues and opportunities such as connections to public transportation resources, bike/ped infrastructure, coordinated planning efforts with multiple agencies, and focused on implementable strategies and recommendations. Her ability to collaborate with local partners and transportation agency stakeholders in the development of sustainable transportation options, along with funding and implementation strategies, is a strength she brings to all projects.

As Principal of FTG, Lee manages all of the firm's traffic data collection activities. In addition to managing the deployment of all count equipment, Lee coordinates project schedules, staffing needs, equipment needs, client reports, and budgets for traffic data collection projects. He has an extensive portfolio of traffic data collection projects throughout Illinois for public, private, and non-profit clients. His work includes projects of varying size from municipal counts to large scale projects such as counties and IDOT districts. He has managed large scale projects such as our multi-year traffic count project for IDOT, CDOT In-House Traffic Engineering, CDOT Streets for Cycling, Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways, municipal traffic counting projects, and numerous IDOT signal timing corridor projects

Tim Doron oversees FTG’s traffic projects that require detailed transportation analysis and public testimony addressing all phases of traffic engineering analyses and transportation planning, yielding creative yet implementable transportation solutions. As an experienced transportation consultant, Tim recognizes how the approach to transportation analysis and engineering has changed, from addressing non-auto mobility and pedestrian access to the more technical tools using modelling and simulation.

Bill’s clients include residential and commercial developers, municipalities, park districts, hospitals, and school districts. His diverse local experience includes transportation planning, municipal consulting, comprehensive planning, corridor studies, traffic impact studies, complete streets projects, and parking demand and supply analyses.
Bill's traffic analysis portfolio includes Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) in over 100 Illinois municipalities, 15 states, and 3 Provinces in Canada, Intersection Design Studies, evaluation and design of site plan elements, parking analysis and design of parking facilities, expert testimony at public hearings, and has prepared Comprehensive Plans for over 30 communities .
Bill is a registered Professional Engineer in Alberta, Canada and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.
